Pour over ice and serve. Garnish with orange peel and rosemary sprig. COHIBA COFFEE Ingredients: 1.5 oz Ri 1 Whiskey ½ oz Cold Brew Coffee ¼ oz Maple Syrup Dash of Mescal Burnt Cinnamon Stick Directions: Pour coffee and whiskey into glass. Mix in maple syrup and mescal. Garnish with burnt cinnamon stick. *For nonalcoholic version, exclude the whisky. Still tastes amazing! GET EVERYONE INTO THE HOLIDAY SPIRIT WITH THESE FESTIVE DRINKS, COURTESY OF THE TAP ROOM AT THE LANGHAM HUNTINGTON IN PASADENA, CA . CRANBERRY MOJITO Ingredients: 2 tsp Homemade Cranberry Preserves 3 Limes 4-5 Mint Leaves 1.5 oz White Rum Soda Directions: Add one tablespoon of homemade cranberry preserves, 3 lime wedges and 4-5 mint leaves into a highball glass. Muddle ingredients together; add ice. Pour in 1.5 oz of white rum; top with soda. Pour ingredients into a mixing tin, then pour back into highball glass. Garnish with mint leaves. *For nonalcoholic version, substitute the rum with soda, or for a sweeter taste you can use Sprite. Homemade Cranberry Preserves Recipe: 5 cups of Cranberries (poked) 5 cups of Sugar 5 cups of Water Directions: Place all ingredients into large pot and cook at high heat. Once it reaches a gentle boil, reduce heat to a simmer and let it cook until it has the viscosity of a jam. *Yields approximately 1 pint HOT BUTTERED RUM Ingredients: 1.5 oz Aged Rum 1 tbsp Holiday Spiced Butter Batter (recipe below) Hot Water Whipped Cream and Cinnamon Directions: Pre-make holiday spiced butter batter; add one tablespoon into a coffee mug. Pour 1.5 oz of aged rum into mug. Top with hot water. Add whipped cream and dust with ground cinnamon for garnish. *For nonalcoholic version, leave out rum. Tastes similar to a spiced chai!
