Here, the eager crowd received insider intel on upcoming product launches, education initiatives and inventive ways to be tech savvy during learning sessions, while also participating in hands-on classes where they mastered the latest cuts, colors and styles. This year's theme emphasized Redken as the "blonde authority," ensuring attendees were up-to-speed on all things fair-haired by the end of the four-day conference.
