USA Ory's passion ignited 20-plus years ago in Slidell, Louisiana, where his On Stage Hair Studio specializes in hair extensions and replacement. The educator and featured platform artist owns a distributorship for SHE by SO.CAP and lives for clients' "genuine thanks, praise and hugs." (Psst! Steal Ory's business and technical savvy through his free podcast series, The Profi table Stylist.) Vicki Casciola, Hotheads Extensions Artistic Director Casciola harbored lifelong dreams of celeb styling, but a Hotheads class eight years ago landed her a trade show gig with the company; she now handles both distributor shows and in-salon training. "The real achievement comes when clients leave feeling like celebrities," she notes. "There's no greater reward than helping a client feel confi dent." Tony Odisho, Tony Odisho Extensions Boasting 22-plus years in the industry, Odisho helms a salon and eponymous company while leading advanced education courses with a focus in hair extensions. "I was originally drawn to hair extensions because no other service instantly provides what clients want—length and volume," he muses. Next up: growing his brand's education and products nationwide. Denise Rossouw, Top Secret Haircessory Across more than two decades, Top Secret's Founder perfected her extension expertise while assembling a celeb-studded client roster and training stylists and clients across the country. "Adding volume, length and thickness in a snap is something everyone desires," Rossouw explains. "I developed my products for Hollywood's entertainment industry; they can't afford bad hair days!" Erin Hayden, Hairdreams USA After a stint in fashion, Hayden led a salon's extension department and joined Hairdreams in 2007. She heads up its new Advanced Academy and trains the USA Education Team—while juggling platform work, regional trainings and editorial shoots. "I' ve always had fi ne, thin hair," Hayden admits. "It's easy to excite my clients about extensions, because they're a part of my own life!" Ron King, Invisi-Tab King, a celebrity and editorial stylist and television style consultant, has been transforming clients (including Katy Perry and President Obama) for more than 20 years. Working with industry pioneer Jackie Yu, he heads up Invisi- Tab's education and developed the company's adhesive bonds. His trademarks: adding volume, dimension and length with an "easy wear" style philosophy that plays up natural texture. Tiffany Hoover, HALOCOUTURE Specializing in color, style and extensions for more than 10 years, this Paul Mitchell graduate currently teaches classes for HALOCOUTURE at trade shows nationwide and is working on opening her own salon. "It's all about being able to make a difference in women's lives," she relates. "When a woman feels beautiful on the outside, that helps her shine on the inside." GETTY IMAGES
