Inspired by the way beauty affected and changed lives, little did she know that decades later she'd create her own revolution for customers coast to coast. The idea sparked when Grande sought to plump her sparse, brittle eyelashes—leading her to hone the formula for GrandeLASH-MD, a lush lash conditioner that quickly gained a cult following. "From the start, Grande Cosmetics captured a devoted consumer base with performance- based cosmetics, formulations that offer fast results, and long-term enhancements backed by clinical studies," Grande explains. "Today, our entire collection provides women (and men) with quality products that don't just wear beautifully, but are also effective." Indeed, from that single lash potion launched 10 years ago, the company now boasts 40 products across the lash, brow, lip and hair categories. Despite enjoying double-digit growth over the past six years, the company's innovations just keep coming: Recent launches include Semi-Matte Liquid Lipstick Metallic and GrandeLIPS Plumping Lip Primer. Even after a decade of success, Grande continues to relish the process and rewards. "It truly is a dream come true," she refl ects.
