Comprehensive in scope, the countless tentacles of this erudition octopus include online tutorials, in-salon training, regional seminars, classes at advanced academies and one magical annual hair show called The Gathering (see below for more info). "The brainchild of industry icon Robert Cromeans, this cut and color curriculum incorporates a tribute to Paul Mitchell performed by his son, Angus," says Kocielski.
